CEO/Strategic interim management position at a massive indoor events venue, that was not able to get the company into the positive numbers, and revenues kept declining.
The venue includes a restaurant for 80 guests seated and 200 in walking buffet set-up. We’ve turned it into a lunch café and rented out for smaller business events.
Due to our consulting, the company achieved after 3 months a break even, in the 6th month the yearly revenue projection on a 40% increase and we’ve closed the project with a profit margin of 9% in the first year.
Analytics Real Estate Development - Liverpool
Machine learning based-solution using client data, plus open data and acquired data.
Development of a model to classify potential clients that are more likely to engage in a financial transaction, and identification of features for client segmentation to be able to approach them in different ways.
The model is developed using predictive analytics, specifically classification and clustering algorithms and achieved high levels of accuracy (<85%) on clients’ engaging identification, resulting in a decrease in cost associated with the prospecting process.
